The process is simple yet rigorous:1. Provide your basic contact details and answer three questions successfully.2. Successfully complete the online psychometric tests.3. Send us your CV.4. Successfully complete a telephone interview.5. Successfully complete the one day assessment centre, held in London.6. Successfully complete a final interview.7.
